You must notify Fox Valley Coins, Inc., within 7 days after receipt of your precious metal of any discrepancy, claim, or dispute from a transaction. If Fox Valley Coins, Inc., determines that the precious metal is not what it is represented to be, it will replace the precious metal with the represented metal. If you do not submit your claim within 7 days of receipt, you are forever barred from bringing any claim for loss, damage, or other relief.

Any dispute between the parties must be brought in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, DuPage County, Illinois. In any adversarial proceedings between the parties arising out of this agreement, the Prevailing Party will be entitled to recover from the other party, in addition to any other relief awarded, all expenses that the Prevailing Party incurs in those proceedings, including legal fees and expenses. For purposes of this paragraph, “Prevailing Party” means the party that recovers greater relief in those proceedings.
